I'm here, just haven't had any time lately to do any creating. First final exams for spring semester and now summer semester starting up. Hopefully I'll have some time this weekend....

Gosh, where is everybody? I'm like Mary, in that I have the Caran D'Ache watercolor crayons. I've been collecting them for about 4 years, 2 or 3 at a time, 'cause they aren't cheap. I'd like to see more colors in the range. I've got 6 Cretacolor Monolith crayons in landscape colors, they are much harder than the Caran D'Ache, which can be blended, they are so soft. I have to keep them in the fridge in summer.

I have used the C.D's to mask mistakes in some of my Fab Fakes, this I have mentioned elsewhere. They have the effect of looking like oil paint on the heavy rough watercolor paper I use for some of these "Old Masters". One that demonstrates this is "The Soul of the Rose"

Beautiful, Nydia. Good thing we have friendly competition here or Tom would have to be worried.
Excellent abstract and wonderful color.

I used the Caran D'ache wax oil crayon, size: 5 x 7

I wanted to apply color in relation to each other and they became fish...I like the creamy texture of these crayons and application to smooth paper...

Thanks, I did these before I had any colored pencils last fall. I guess I need to use them some more.

Boy, you've been busy, Tom. These are great. You did a great job on blending, especially in "Hidden Meaning". On my way over to give you stars.
