To the present and future members

Dear all, those of you who already are on board :-), and those of you who maybe will be at some point, I created this group because there was none dealing specifically with painting water and seascapes, and I would like to see here gathered water lovers :-) and discuss together the challenges, techniques and pecularities of painting such a wonderful subject. I have already invited to become members some of the fellow artists here that I know for sure are interested in painting water :-), but the group welcomes whoever wishes to join.

As most of you know, I am a beginner in painting, so in no way do I pretend to have the knowledge and expertise to deliver know how :-) on painting water or seascapes. My aim is instead to share with you my sources of inspiration or resources I use to help me get better at painting in general and painting water in particular.

Speaking about it, for a starter I would like to share with you a very helpful site I have run accross which I find great for its content, and maybe you will like to check up too.
